Cultivating Calm

Cultivating calm in the chaos is an art form. So what calms you? How does your environment make you feel? What lights you up? Are you able to self-regulate? When we listen to our bodies, harness our chi and master the art of calm—we start leveling up.

Do you consider yourself to be reactive? Do you go with the flow? How malleable are you? Bruce Lee encouraged people to empty their minds, be like water, be formless and live life in flow state. This is achieved through cognitive rewiring, breathwork, meditation and cultivating life force energy.

When we work with colors, light codes, visualization, power of the mind and electromagnetic energy we are able to consciously cultivate calm. It's important to drive more life force to your center, to expel unnecessary energy and to align with the flow state. This is more easily achieved when in nature. When you harmonize with nature, you are able to be more grounded and centered. Try experimenting with situations that generally trigger you. What typically makes you feel at peace? How could you be more like water? What if you were to observe without judgment and to witness without analyzing? Protecting your peace and learning to stay calm in the chaos is a game changer!

With love, Kate
